What is DVB-T2
DVB-T2 is the abbreviation for Digital Video Broadcasting – Second Generation Terrestrial. There is no doubt that DVB-T2 tuners will be backwards compatible with DVB-T.
Given the very high speed that the standard was developed and then ratified, most DVB-T tuner manufacturers are introducing DVB-T2 devices as the new standard.
